1. Agency Status and Liability

Chillstar Travel is a travel advisor and acts solely as an intermediary for "Suppliers" (including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
We are an Independent Affiliate of A.S.A.P. Cruises Inc..
Chillstar Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the acts, omissions, or financial insolvency of any third-party supplier.

2. Payments and Deadlines

All initial deposits and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Each booking is subject to specific payment deadlines set by the Supplier; failure to pay by the deadline (e.g., March 1, 2026, for our Memorial Day group) will result in automatic cancellation.
Payments processed via Stripe or PayPal are subject to our secure processing terms.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@chillstar.net.
Refunds, if any, are strictly determined by the Supplier's penalty schedule.
Most cruise and group packages incur 100% penalties if cancelled within 75–90 days of departure.

4. Travel Documentation and Identification

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport, visas, and health certifications required by the destination.
Passports must typically be valid for at least six months after your scheduled return date.
Denied boarding due to improper documentation (e.g., missing passport for the Carnival Conquest) is not grounds for a refund.

5. Travel Protection (Insurance)

We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your financial investment against unforeseen circumstances.
If travel protection is included in your "All-Inclusive" rate, it is your responsibility to review the coverage details and file claims directly with the insurer.

6. Legal Registrations

Chillstar Travel is compliant with Seller of Travel laws in the following jurisdictions:
