Important Dates & Deadlines

  • Final Payment: Full payment must be received by March 1, 2026.

  • Booking Process: First, fill out your registration form at the provided Google Form link.

  • Payment Invoices: After submitting your form, monitor your inbox (and junk folder) for your  invoice.

Travel Documentation

  • Passport Requirement: All travelers must have a machine-readable passport valid for at least 6 months after the cruise return date.

  • U.S. Citizens (Closed-Loop Exception): While a passport is highly recommended for emergencies, U.S. citizens on this "closed-loop" cruise (beginning and ending in Miami) may alternatively use an original government-issued birth certificate and a valid government photo ID.

  • Minors: Children under the age of 16 may use an original or certified copy of their birth certificate in lieu of a passport for sea travel.

  • Travel Protection: For your peace of mind, travel protection is included in your all-inclusive rate.

Your rate covers more than just your room:

  • Cruise Fare & Port Taxes: Included.

  • Pre-paid Gratuities: Already handled so you don't have to worry on board.

Itinerary Highlights

  • Departure: Sailing from Miami, FL, over Memorial Day Weekend (May 22–25, 2026).

  • Destinations: Visiting Celebration Key™ followed by a Fun Day at Sea.

    Important Deadlines

    • Final Payment: Your full balance is due by March 1, 2026.

    • Cancellation Penalties: Penalties begin 75 to 76 days before departure. If you cancel after March 7, 2026, your deposit may be forfeited.

    • Online Check-in: You must complete your online check-in and print your boarding passes by midnight the day before sailing.

    Destination: Celebration Key™

    • Inclusive Dining: Your "Sail & Sign" card entitles you to one complimentary meal at select island food stalls or casual eateries.

    • Island Amenities: Complimentary access to white-sand beaches, the largest freshwater lagoon in the Caribbean, and beach chairs/umbrellas is included.

    • Adults-Only Fun: The Calypso Lagoon offers a dedicated area for adults featuring a swim-up bar and DJ.

    • Payment on Island: Onboard beverage packages (like CHEERS!) do not extend to the island; however, you can use your "Sail & Sign" card for most purchases.
